Plumbing
Leaks & faucets
Dripping taps, leaking supply lines and fittings that will not shut off. We trace the source before quoting a repair.
Request a quoteStart with the location
Tell us which fitting is leaking and whether it leaks all the time or only when used. A wide photograph of the area and a close photograph of the fitting help us identify the likely parts. Please include any model number you can read without removing covers.
What the visit covers
We inspect the accessible fitting and its connections, explain what we found and quote the repair. A replacement cartridge may solve a dripping faucet. A corroded body or seized shutoff may need a different scope. We do not open walls without discussing the work first.
When the scope changes
Concealed pipework, damaged cabinets and unusual parts are quoted separately. We will explain whether a second visit is needed before ordering parts.
Typical costs
Planning figures for straightforward jobs during regular hours. The written quote is the price you agree to pay.
| Job | Guide price | What is included |
|---|---|---|
| Faucet cartridge replacement | $180–$290 | Labor and a standard replacement cartridge |
| Accessible supply-line replacement | $140–$220 | One supply line, fittings and leak test |
Access, parts and the condition of existing pipework can change the price. These fictional demo figures are not an offer.
Common questions
Can you repair an older faucet?
Often. Send a photograph and any model details so we can check parts before booking.
Is wall repair included?
No. If access through a wall is needed, the quote names the opening and any reinstatement work separately.
