Plumbing
Drains & waste pipes
Slow kitchen drains, leaking traps and damaged accessible waste pipes. The first visit establishes the obstruction or failed connection.
Request a quoteOne fixture or several?
Tell us which fixtures are affected and when the problem occurs. Several fixtures draining slowly may need a broader investigation than a single sink. Tell us about any cleaner already used before a visit is booked.
Access comes first
We inspect accessible pipework and agree on the method before starting. The guide assumes ordinary access to a trap or cleanout. A buried line, damaged main sewer or repeated obstruction needs a separate proposal.
After the repair
We test the fixture with running water, check visible joints and explain any further investigation recommended. We leave a written note if a temporary clearance has not resolved the underlying cause.
Typical costs
Planning figures for straightforward jobs during regular hours. The written quote is the price you agree to pay.
| Job | Guide price | What is included |
|---|---|---|
| Accessible trap replacement | $160–$260 | Standard trap, labor and drainage test |
| Single-fixture blockage visit | $190–$320 | Initial clearance with standard access |
Access, parts and the condition of existing pipework can change the price. These fictional demo figures are not an offer.
Common questions
Do you replace main sewer lines?
Main sewer replacement is outside this demo service scope. A specialist referral can be discussed after the assessment.
Is a camera inspection always included?
No. Any inspection beyond the first agreed visit is listed separately in the quote.
