The same team from first call to final check.
A small plumbing and heating firm based in Lowell. We keep our routes local and our job scopes written down.
How the work is organized
The office takes the first details and checks that the job fits our scope. A technician assesses the work, and the quote lists labor, parts and any exclusions. If the findings change the job, we explain the options before going further.
Working in occupied homes
We ask about access, pets, parking and anything that may affect the visit. Before leaving, we test the work, clear the immediate area and leave a record of what was done. Follow-up questions go to the same office contact.
A fictional example
This theme demonstrates how a trades business can describe its work. The company, prices and credentials are examples. The photographs show fittings and are not a portfolio of completed jobs.
