On the day
The quote names who supplies the fixtures and which small materials are included. We protect the immediate work area, remove the agreed items and test the new installation. Tile, decoration and cabinetry are separate trades unless explicitly included.
Larger changes
Moving a basin or toilet may require access below the floor or inside walls. Those changes get their own scope and schedule rather than being added to a small replacement visit.
